Lately, I've been trying to up my fashion game a little bit, as I have become pretty reliant on my old standard of a pretty dress and want to start mixing, matching, and creating more interesting sartorial treats. Fashion bloggers have been a great source of inspiration for this little endeavor -- I've been loving The Styling Dutchman, particularly this outfit, which just really captures the sort of clothing aesthetic I aspire to.
Who are your favorite fashion bloggers? I'd love to collect more great inspiration.

Okay that outfit is all kinds of awesome!
ReplyDeleteShe looks great! I really like Orchid Grey, Steffy's Pros and Cons, Sterling Style, Delightfully Tacky and Sunday Crossbow. And I try to make my own somewhat inspiring. :)

I dig this look! Carrie at This Free Bird has to be my fave! I also dig Amber Blue Bird. (something about the birds!)
ReplyDeletefun! i don't follow any fashion blogs on a regular basis, but i love checking out urban weeds {http://www.urbanweedsblog.com/} when i need some fashion inspiration. so many cute styles.

She is way too cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great look, and a wonderful find! I'm a big fan of Atlantic/Pacific-her edgy take on prep gives me hope that one day I can be chic, too!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Dancing Branflake - she really is way too cute!
ReplyDeleteWow - I would have never thought to put those two pieces together but it works great. I LOVE that skirt! I guess my fav fashion blog is predictable: The Sartorialist all the way!
ReplyDeleteSea of Shoes - Jane Aldridge's taste is a bit flamboyant and I don't actually like most her shoes, but she's gorgeous, sounds nice, and it's very professionally done for a teen, so it's always a pleasure to read.
ReplyDeletethe Glamourai - also not always my taste, she looks effortlessly chic.
I think the Sartorialist and and his gf Garance Dore have the best street style blog, but they both sound obnoxious sometimes (and half her blog is in french).

Ooh yes I love this! I've got to hunt down some graphic tees so I can have fun dressing them up!
ReplyDeletejust reread my comment and saw several mistakes:
ReplyDeletemeant that the Glamourai isn't always my taste, but...
and plural for sartorialist and garance dore blogs
I definitely fall into a rut in the summer of just wearing a dress. My favorite fashion blogger of the moment is Tieka from Selective Potential. She's so adorable and I love her girly style.
ReplyDeleteI heart Tanvi myself. She's fearless!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute skirt! Hmm a few of my favorite style blogs- well at least I think they have a strong style sense - A Beautiful Mess and Blue Bird Vintage. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that t-shirt!! And the glamourai is someone I check in on from time to time for sure. I can't afford what she wears, but she makes me think about clothing in a different way and I like that.
