Cowl-abunga!
So the Minneapolis temperatures are going to be in the NEGATIVES tomorrow (sigh!), which means it's time to bundle up, for real. This winter, I've been rocking a double chunky cowl from the delightful Etsy shop Just One Pound. The shop is full of crocheted goodies (and they're made by a new Minnesota pal I've met), and I highly suggest you stop by to browse ASAP because the pre-made items are 50% off right now! Thanks to the sale, I've added this super-fun, bright rainbow cowl to my ever-growing winter gear collection.
Even though I'm a bit nervous about this sub-zero weather in Minneapolis, I do think that this vivid, charming cowl will make an admittedly miserable sort of day just a smidgen better. How do you keep warm (literally or metaphorically) in the wintertime?

ReplyDeleteI LOVE that! Gorgeous. I'm in Texas...so it really doesn't get too cold here...but I love my crocheted scarves and I'm actually working on a cowl at the moment.
ReplyDeletewhen it's that cold, I try not to leave the house! this cowl is pretty adorable though!

ReplyDeleteYikes, guess I won't complain about the barely-below-freezing temperatures in NJ, huh? But at least you're prepared to deal with the cold in style!! :-)
ReplyDeletewe came *this close* to ending up in Minneapolis instead of Seattle...I was having mega panic about buying warmer winter clothes! It's cold here too though so I still need to add to my winter wear!
