Sunday is the perfect day for some tiny indulgences. Lately I've been delighting in a little piece of dark chocolate in the evenings -- usually dark chocolate with sea salt or chile, but always with pretty packaging to make the experience even more luxurious. It's never occurred to me to make it myself, but after seeing this recipe for Coffee and Roasted Almond Chocolate Bark, it looks like another fun Sunday activity has been discovered! It could be really fun to experiment with different ingredients -- maybe pistachios, or toasted coconut to start?
