Springtime, Do You Hear Me?

So Minneapolis is getting hit with an early March snow storm, and all I can do is daydream about outfits like this one.  A pastel, springtime dress, a neon cardigan, some open-toed sandals, and a jaunty straw hat to top it all off.  Seriously, my parka, snow boots, and mittens have been worn waaaaay too much during this harsh Minnesota winter.  Bring on the light, cute clothes ASAP!
